The gap between scraper roller and metering roller check the initial coating amount, it is adjusted by Japan KAMO ball reducer and the adjust precision is ±0.001mm (1micron), users don't need to readjust the gap after cleaning as the pointer will automatically get back to the original gap. The max working temperature of glue is 95ºC. The transferring roller defines the width of the coating substrate, slide along the two edges at an angle of 45°,Guide the two edges at a 45 degree angle,The coating amount depends on the speed ratio among transferring roller, metering roller and steel coating roller. The transferring roller is positioned by two pressure-adjustable pneumatic cylinders,The use of car positioning can quickly and easily change the roller.

The most important part of a five-roller coating system is the steel coating roller, we measured the surface runout error during production, the indicator of the dial gauge pointer doesn't move a little which means the runout error of our machine is <0.001mm.
