High speed slitting and rewinding machine
This slitter and rewinder are designed to treat various plastic films which require fine finished with easy handing. It includes the product receive to simplify the conveyance of the wound product.

Slitting unit:
Slitting by Razor blade. Razor blade holder has adjustment function by hand.

Product receiver:
Connecting receiver shafts to both rewinding shafts and receive upper and lower products at same time.
Receiver shafts circle individually.

Unwinder:
Capable of dia. 1000mm roll for unwinder.
Automatic tension control system and edge position control system are installed.
Sub switch box for efficient operation.

Touch screen:
Every kinds of operation settings are input by touch screen. Available to save 100 kinds of operation conditions.

Rewinder:
Rewinding shaft is air friction type with 2 air circuit.
One is for tension control and the other one is for core chucking.
Core slider makes it easy to carry the slited roll out.

Edge winder:
2 edge winding units are installed for each edge. It is controlled individually by servo motor.
